I figured a lot of people here may be Sci-Fi geeks (at least a few are). Yesterday Douglas Adams (Author of the Hitchhiker's Guide to the Galaxy) died of a heartattack. He was 49. If you have never read the books, heard the BBC Radio series, or seen the BBC TV Show, now would be a fitting time to break them out. Sorry for the OT, but I thought I should share

Geez that sucks, I really enjoyed his early stuff, especially HHGTTG. He was also a rabid Macintosh advocate back when too.

yes it has been a bad week for this. one of my friends at work wasnt in at all last week.
i found out that her brother was killed when a car he was working under fell on him.
i have no other details.
i checked and rechecked my jackstands and hydraulic jack this weekend.
